Shared Meals

Where can I find them?

In the Zone Diet APP there are 2 sections where you can find ZONE meals:
in Your Meals section with all our saved ZONE Meals and in the Shared Meals section where it can find thousands of Zone Meals.
By accessing to Shared Meals section you can search for a Food and for the Number of Blocks.
Once the search is complete, you can load the chosen Meal within our Make Meal clicking on it and, from this section, using all the tools available in Make Meal: by changing the number of blocks, by changing one or more Foods or by saving it in Your Meals.
